1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EventCobby, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

EventCobby provides an event management and ticketing platform. We enable organizers to create events, sell tickets, and manage attendees. We are not a party to transactions between organizers and attendees.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments & Fees

EventCobby charges platform fees on paid ticket sales. Fees are clearly displayed before purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Refund policies are determined by event organizers. EventCobby facilitates refunds through Stripe but is not responsible for refund disputes. Organizers are liable for their event's cancellation policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on EventCobby, including logos, designs, and code, is the property of EventCobby or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

EventCobby is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
